We supply, install, and support all our products.
Once installed, our products should only require minimal maintenance, if any. We provide further support for any related software or hardware issues: Customers are able to contact us in normal business hours by either email or phone.
The manufacturer's warranty varies, and is detailed by product below.
Jacarta® products are all covered by a 2 year warranty. An optional warranty extension is also available.
